Nivee LLC provides financial services (bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, and business incorporation) and software development services (web, mobile, and AI-powered applications). The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate service agreement or proposal between Nivee LLC and the client.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform our services. Delays or inaccuracies in information provided by the client may affect timelines and outcomes, and Nivee LLC is not liable for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom software, code, and deliverables developed specifically for a client under a signed agreement belong to that client upon full payment. Nivee LLC retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general methodologies used in delivering services.
Fees for services are outlined in the applicable proposal or engagement letter. Invoices are due per the agreed schedule; late payments may result in paused services until accounts are brought current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nivee LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
